Joga Powięziowa Integralnie to praktyka silnie regenerująca, podczas której pracujemy z powięzią – tkanką łączną otaczającą nasze mięśnie, stawy, narządy, a w której zapisują się wszystkie nasze emocje. Eksplorujemy ciało i obecność w pozycjach statycznych i vinyasach, doświadczamy automasażu powięziowego przy użyciu ciężaru własnego ciała. Kształtujemy świadome odczuwanie działania grawitacji i umiejętność korzystania z jej wsparcia aby uwolnić ciało od napięć i poczuć w nim więcej przestrzeni. Naszym głównym działaniem w pozycji jest odczuwanie, czyli wsłuchiwanie się w to co mówi ciało, i w jego potrzeby oraz eksplorowanie bezwysiłkowości w ruchu.

Integral Fascial Yoga is a highly restorative practice during which we work with the fascia — the connective tissue surrounding our muscles, joints, and organs, where all our emotions are recorded. We explore the body andpresence in static positions and vinyasas, experiencing myofascial self-massage using our own body weight. We cultivate conscious awareness of the effect of gravity and the ability to use its support to free the body from tension and feel more space within it. Our main activity in the position is feeling, which means listening to what the body says and its needs, and exploring effortlessness in movement.

Jestem artystką wizualną i nauczycielką Jogi Powięziowej Integralnie II stopnia (oraz terapii jogą powięziową), a także jogi Yin, AcuYin i Aerial. Jogę chłonęłam od najmłodszych lat, dorastając w otoczeniu mamy joginki, i łączyłam z tańcem, poznając swój autentyczny ruch.
W praktyce skupiam się na ruchu intuicyjnym, rozbudzaniu czucia głębokiego poprzez odczuwanie powięzi w ciele. Eksploruję przepływ między ruchem i bezruchem, przestrzenią w ciele i ciałem w przestrzeni. W tym celu włączam automasaż – ciężarem własnego ciała, oddechem, dotykiem, głosem. Wsłuchuję się w miejsca, które nawołują, odwiedzam przestrzenie zapomniane, i które zapraszają, poszukuję miękkości ruchu.
Ukończyłam i wciąż pogłębiam świadomość pracy z ciałem oraz umysłem na wielowymiarowych kursach nauczycielskich z jogi i terapii jogą, a także kompozycji ruchu i tańca terapeutycznego.
Zajęcia prowadzę także w języku angielskiem.

I am a visual artist and a teacher of Integral Fascial Yoga Level II (and Fascial Yoga Therapy), as well as Yin Yoga, AcuYin, and Aerial. I have absorbed yoga from a young age, growing up with a mother who is a yogi and combined it with dance, discovering my authentic movement.
In practice, I focus on intuitive movement, awakening deep sensation through the perception of fascia in the body. I explore the flow between movement and stillness, the space within the body and the body in space. For this purpose, I incorporate self-massage – using the weight of my own body, breath, touch, and voice. I listen to places that call out, I visit forgotten spaces that invite, I seek the softness of movement.
I have completed and continue to deepen my awareness of working with the body and mind through multidimensional teacher training courses in yoga and yoga therapy, as well as movement composition and therapeutic dance.
